By accessing or using Puff ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use Puff. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Puff is a platform associated with tobacco products, which are intended for adults only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to belong to users under the age of 21.

3. Health Disclaimer

WARNING: Tobacco use is dangerous to your health.

Cigars and other tobacco products contain nicotine, which is addictive, and chemicals known to cause cancer, heart disease, and other serious health conditions. Puff does not promote or encourage tobacco use. The Platform is an informational and community resource for adults who have already chosen to use tobacco products. Users are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional regarding the risks associated with tobacco use.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or any other content to Puff, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

6. Community Guidelines

Puff is a community platform. Users agree to treat others with respect. The following are prohibited:

• Posting false or misleading reviews
• Spam or promotional content without permission
• Impersonating other users or brands

7. Local Laws & International Users

Puff is operated from New York, United States. Users outside the United States access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding tobacco products, age restrictions, and online platforms. In some jurisdictions, tobacco-related content may be restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Puff complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Puff — including the name, logo, design, and original written content — is the property of Puff and may not be reproduced without permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the user, subject to the license granted in Section 5.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Puff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cigar information, user reviews, or any other content on the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puff and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform, which for free users is zero.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
